What is being bought
This Request For Information (RFI) is issued for Royal Navy, as part of Ministry of Defence (also known as “The Authority”). This is not a formal tender competition or commitment to any future contract(s), it is an opportunity for industry to provide information to assist in development of future requirements. It is in relation to the provision of Independent Technical Services for the SPARTAN programme. There will be a market engagement event held on the 21st of April via Teams and there is a questionnaire below that any interested suppliers should fill out and return to the Authority

The Opportunity listing and RFI pack can be found here: https://contracts.mod.uk/esop/guest/go/opportunity/detail?opportunityId=60955 This RFI aims to achieve the following outcomes: • Assess levels of industry interest in this type of requirement • Develop further the Authority’s understanding of the different technologies and capabilities available in the market, both current & emerging. • Understand any industry concerns or feedback on this. • Enable the Authority to develop a procurement strategy that will deliver best value for money for Defence.
