Coverage: 65 active published awards; 61 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Council has a duty under the Children Act 1989 to provide various forms of advice, assistance and guidance to vulnerable 16-17-year-olds experiencing homelessness, and to continue to support young people over the age of 18 making the transition from care to more independent living arrangements and wishes to commission Independent Living Support Services.
On 27th June 2023 the Council advertised on Contracts Finder (reference IT-336-3355-WCC 00003355), inviting prospective service providers to submit proposals for Housing Related Fixed Support. As there was no successful outcome or award of contract following this, the Council proceeded in accordance with Regulation 32 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, use of negotiated procedure without prior publication.
