Coverage: 1 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Providers within the marketplace are being given notice of NHSE's intention to reopen the Independent Investigations Framework.
The framework was originally awarded as a bespoke process and is being re-opened under the “light touch regime” of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as described in the original Contracts Award Notice 2019/S 214-526090. The Framework will re-open with the original requirements of completion of a Qualification Questionnaire to qualify for acceptance onto the framework agreement.
The framework is split into five lots:
Lot 1 - Individual Independent Investigations
Lot 2 - Partnership Investigations
Lot 3 - Local Care Systems
Lot 4 - Health & Social Care & Partners Investigations
Lot 5 - Systematic Independent Investigations
We intend to reopen the Framework in May 2022.
Further information will be available when the framework is reopened. This notice is not a call for competition.
