Healthy Little Minds (Parent Infant Relationship Service) • Healthy Little Minds aims o To improve social and emotional outcomes for children o To lay the foundations to support children to build positive relationships, understand their emotions and increase resilience o To raise awareness amongst the public and children's services' workforce professionals to recognise the importance of supporting all parent infant relationships • Healthy Little Minds offers evidence-based programmes to families from 20 weeks of pregnancy to 2 years. o New-born Behavioural Observations o Baby Massage o Solihull basics, parenting groups and neo-natal plus o Going Mellow/ Mellow Bumps o Video Interactive Guidance (VIG) • Healthy Little Minds also provides specialised support where there are difficulties in the parent-infant relationship. Healthy Lifestyles Pathway • The service offers a care programme to promote healthy lifestyle choices and prevent childhood obesity and poor health outcomes. • The service works holistically with families; helping them to set achievable goals around healthier lifestyles by offering a variety of one-to-one and group activities to help families achieve these goals.
