Coverage: 477 active published awards; 477 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The purpose of this service is to ensure the East Riding of Yorkshire Council fulfils its statutory responsibility to operate and manage Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. This will be achieved through the provision of Best Interest Assessors, on an open Framework Agreement, who will be invited to undertake DoLS assessments, in county and occasionally out of county. The Framework will be open and submissions can be made at any time, however please note they will only be opened and evaluated on 30th September should the extension options be taken. This will allow new providers to join the Open Framework each year. The evaluations will be completed during October and the providers notified of the outcome of their submission prior to the 6 November each year. To ensure that you are appointed to the Framework starting on 7 November 2022 please ensure you have submitted your tender before the deadline of 13 June 2022 12 noon.
