What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) is aiming to procure an Independent Advocacy Service in order to meet its statutory duties, corporate priorities and the individual needs of Service Users. The service will include the following types of advocacy: Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), Care Act Advocacy, Litigation Friends, 1.2 Advocacy, Relevant Persons Representation (RPR) and general advocacy. The VAT figures are only an estimate and will be updated according. 20% VAT has been included at this time, this may be updated at time of tendering.
