    Service to provide in-County Initial Health Assessments for Children and Young People in Worcestershire, see the following service outline<br/>• pilot to test effectiveness of a CQC organisation utilising GMC registered Doctors to undertake Initial Health Assessments for Children Looked After in Worcestershire.<br/>• Delivery of the pilot must be compliant with Statutory time frame for completion of assessment and use CORAM BAAF templates<br/>• Assessments must take place face to face in Worcestershire<br/>• 4 individual assessments per week at a Worcestershire clinic setting to be identified by HWHCT<br/>• Cost per assessment to include all aspects of the assessment including completion of appointments, documentation, letters, referrals, individual care plan and identification of necessary follow up. Additional information: This is a Transparency - Intention to Award Notice - to inform the market of the Relevant Authority’s intention to Award a Contract to the Most Suitable Provider under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Most Suitable Provider Process.<br/><br/>The relevant authority has given due consideration of the providers identified and assessed the potential providers, considered the key criteria and applied the basic selection criteria, then chosen the most suitable provider to whom to make an award.
