What is being bought
Due to circumstances outside of FSNI's control, including dealing with the impact of COVID-19 and a related procurement exercise being delayed, FSNI wish to extend this contract by an additional five (5) years. This extension will allow FSNI adequate time to complete the related procurement exercise, and allow sufficient time to carry out the required validation exercise for the retendering of this contract. The modification to the contract is in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b). This extension will commence on 27 September 2022 and end 26 September 2027.
