What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionDue to circumstances outside of FSNI's control, including dealing with the impact of COVID-19 and a related procurement exercise being delayed, FSNI wish to extend this contract by an additional five (5) years.
This extension will allow FSNI adequate time to complete the related procurement exercise, and allow sufficient time to carry out the required validation exercise for the retendering of this contract.
The modification to the contract is in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b).
This extension will commence on 27 September 2022 and end 26 September 2027.

- Review procedure
The UK does not have any special review body with responsibility for appeal/. mediation procedures in public procurement competitions. Instead, any challenges are dealt with by the High Court, Commercial Division,. to which proceedings may be issued regarding alleged breaches of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
