What is being bought
The Department of Justice, The Commissioner for Older People for Northern Ireland (COPNI) and CPD are conducting Pre-Market Engagement exercise with a view to preparing the procurement and to inform economic operators of the opportunity of the future procurement requirements. COPNI, CPD is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier for the provision of a website redesign and hosting. Prior to initiating the procurement the COPNI, CPD wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. Please see the Pre-Market Engagement exercise document (inc. questionnaire) for all relevant details. The purpose of the document, which is a Pre-Engagement Information Memorandum and Questionnaire, is to seek advice/ information from organisations who may wish to tender via the procurement process. The objectives of this exercise are to: • Gain initial supplier awareness, engagement and opinion, resulting in a confidence around viability of concept; • Gain insight to the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions; • Understand risks and issues not previously considered; • Inform the outline business case; and • Inform the procurement strategy. The next stage in the process will be considered once this Pre-Market Engagement exercise has been completed. **PLEASE NOTE: ALL COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE MESSAGING FUNCTION on eTendersNI, BEFORE 3PM ON THE DATE SPECIFIED BELOW UNDER 'Time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate'.
