Department of Education (DE) requires a Contractor to review the Education Authority (EA). The Review will consider the effectiveness and governance of the EA including the extent to which the organisation is delivering against NI Executive/its priorities. It will examine the extent to which the organisation is well governed, and observes high standards of transparency and efficiency.
