Responses are requested to a questionnaire which is available in the Delta eSourcing Platform together with a broader description of the request.
Submission closing date is: 13:00 GMT on 11/11/2025 via Delta eSourcing: www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/7J4PX9EY8N ↗. Please copy and paste this URL into your browser. For any technical queries regarding the Delta eSourcing Portal please contact Delta at [email protected], or via telephone on 0800 923 9236.
Within Delta, a questionnaire submission document has been provided in the documents section for you to pickup, complete and submit on the Delta eSourcing platform only.
To promote constructive discussion, we will be holding a webinar on the 18th November 2025 at 14:00. You will need to register for this via the questionnaire submission document. There is a separate section for you to indicate your request to join the webinar.
In addition, suppliers are invited to book a 30 minute one-to-one session which will be running over 3 consecutive days on the 25th, 26th, or 27th November 2025.
Each organisation may reserve a single 30minute slot on any of these dates to offer their input and raise any queries following the webinar. Please note that appointments will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You can indicate your interest via the questionnaire submission or, after the webinar has taken place, you have the opportunity to request a one-to-one via Delta eSourcing messaging service but, you must register for one by 13:00 on 14th November 2025.
