    The Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) is seeking to commission an organisation that will support the delivery of the National Lung Cancer Audit. The audit will be delivered nationally. The aim of the procurement is to procure a high quality audit that will stimulate improvements in care for patients with lung cancer by measuring variations in quality, experience and outcomes. The successful bidder will be required to build on the achievements of the audit to date and enhance the ability of the audit to be used for healthcare improvement. The total contract value is ?890,500 for the duration of three years. It is anticipated that the new service will commence in February 2022. The services covered by Light touch regime are set at out at Schedule 3 (Social and Other Specific Services) of Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015. The commissioner is not voluntary following any other part of the Regulations. The procedure that the Commissioner is following is set out in the Invitation to Tender. The process will be similar to Open Procedure under the Regulations applies and so reserves the right to depart from that procedure at any point. Expression of Interest, questions for clarification and Tender submissions are via Source2Contract (?Wax?) https://s2c.waxdigital.co.uk/HQIP/SignIn.aspx portal. Expression of interest and tender submission by any other means will not be considered. Step 1: Express an interest Step 2: Register as a Bidder on the portal (if you have not previously registered). Only bidders who have registered and expressed an interest will be able to view and download the tendering documents. To access the Response Document, Bidders must register on the portal and express in interest in order to access to the documentation. Bidders must respond to all questions. The deadline for the submission of the tender is 12 noon on 12 July 2021. To respond to this Invitation to Tender, Bidders must register on the portal, login, complete the tender response documentation electronically and submit them via the Source2Contract e-tendering portal. Please note that any communication from HQIP regarding this tender will be via the Source2Contract messaging board. Bidders must use the Source2Contract messaging board for their communications with HQIP regarding procurement.
