What is being bought
The LAA invited Applicants who held an existing Housing and Debt Legal Aid Contract to submit a Tender for a Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme Contract ("HPCDS Contract" or "Contract") for the Slough Scheme to deliver the Services from 1 July 2021 to 30 September 2021 with the right for the LAA to extend the Contract for a maximum further 12 months. The LAA was offering one Contract for this HPCDS. To be eligible to bid for a HPCDS contract organisations had to hold a 2018 Standard Civil Contract with authorisation in the Housing and Debt Categories of Law. The Deadline for submitting Tenders was 5pm on 7 June 2021. All Tenders were completed and submitted using the e-Tendering system.
