Short terms contracts were put in place with incumbent suppliers to ensure continuity and stability of service provision to vulnerable people requiring housing related support during the mobilisation of a new remodelled service.
- Review procedure
Any review proceedings should be promptly brought to the attention of the Chief Executive of South Tyneside Council at Town Hall & Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields NE33 2RL and will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR 2015"). Any review proceedings must be brought within the timescales specified by the applicable law, including, without limitation, PCR 2015.
