Coverage: 20 active published awards; 2 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

West Berkshire Council is undertaking a Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise in relation to the commissioning of Housing Related Support Services for adults with a mental health diagnosis. The Council is seeking to engage with providers to inform the development of the service model, specification, and procurement approach. The service will deliver flexible, person-centred housing-related support to individuals living in a range of tenures across West Berkshire, with a focus on enabling people to maintain their tenancies, develop independent living skills, and improve overall wellbeing. The service is currently in place and the successful provider will be required to work in partnership with the existing housing provider to support service delivery, with arrangements for the accommodation and lease expected to continue. Through this PME, the Council is particularly interested in gaining market insight on service delivery models, innovation, capacity within the sector, and the potential challenges and opportunities associated with delivering this type of support. Feedback from providers will help shape the final specification and ensure the procurement process is proportionate and attractive to the market. The PME event will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on 9 June 2026 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. This session will provide an overview of the proposed service and offer an opportunity for providers to ask questions and share feedback with commissioners and procurement officers. If you are interested in attending, please confirm your attendance via email to procurement@westberks.gov.uk When confirming your attendance, please include the following details: Organisation’s name Attendee(s) name Attendee(s) email address A Microsoft Teams invitation will be issued upon confirmation of attendance.
