Published requirement descriptionThe purpose of the Housing Related Support Mental Health Pathway Services is to provide high quality supported accommodation and floating support services for people whose primary need is mental health. The provision will enable service users to retain and gain the necessary skills to live as independently as possible by building on their strengths and aspirations for the future. The Mental Health Pathway Services also provides a trauma informed service which will support recovery from mental ill health.

The contract will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. MEAT for this contract is quality 60% and Price 40%. Tender submissions will be subject to minimum quality thresholds.
