Early Market Engagement: Southend-on-Sea City Council wishes to receive information and market knowledge from any interested potential bidder or relevant supplier in the Stairlift and Adaptions sector. To assist with this aim, the Council has created a questionnaire that we invite all potential bidders and relevant suppliers to complete.
