        "description": "As part of its reprocurement strategy, the Council is considering a range of future delivery models. The Council is therefore inviting interested suppliers, contractors and market participants to complete an Early Market Engagement Questionnaire. The questionnaire seeks feedback on:\n•\tMarket appetite for alternative contract scopes; \n•\tCommercial implications of different packaging arrangements; \n•\tDelivery and integration risks; \n•\tContract structure and risk allocation; \n•\tThe future treatment of street lighting services; and \n•\tAny other matters that may assist the Council in developing its future procurement strategy. \nResponses will be used to inform the Council's preferred delivery model, future procurement strategy and the scope and structure of the future contract.
