(As such, the value\npublished is £1,000,000 – this is the projected approximate value, ie. £800k, for any\nadditional usage by other contracting authorities):\n• Unitas Stoke-on-Trent Ltd;\n• All local authorities (including unitary authorities) within the boundaries of\nStaffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire and Derbyshire:\nhttp://geoportal.statistics.gov.uk/datasets/local-authority-districts-december-2016-\nnames-and-codes-in-the-united-kingdom/data\n• All higher education establishments in Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire and\nDerbyshire:\nhttps://www.hesa.ac.uk/support/providers\n• All Further Education Colleges in Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire and\nDerbyshire:\nhttp://findfe.com/searches.php?country=11 and http://findfe.com/searches.php?\ncountry=16\n• All social landlords with a principal headquarters in Staffordshire, Cheshire,\nShropshire and Derbyshire:\nhttps://www.gov.uk/government/publications/current-registered-providers-of-socialhousing\nThe City Council will potentially manage the framework on behalf of a range of public\nsector customers. To meet the cost of doing so, the Council will levy a fee equivalent\nto 3% of the value of all invoices between suppliers and customers. Where an order is\nin placed, the Council will invoice a supplier on a monthly basis (or quarterly where\nthe amounts involved are modest). It is therefore crucial that tenderers include and\nallow for this 3% fee as part of their Commercial Response;\nAll of the above are defined as “Contracting Authorities” within the specification.",
