Published requirement descriptionTransport Trading Limited (TTL) is seeking a single supplier to provide HGV Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI's), servicing and repairs and maintenance service to emergency response vehicles. TTL is running an older fleet of vehicles between the age range of 8-17 years. TTL is looking for a maintenance contractor to look after TTL vehicles for a maximum of three years (2+1 year contract).

- Technical Capability Evaluation: Bidders are requested to populate the Appendix 1 - Technical Questions document, this can be located in the ITT pack on SAP Ariba. Please note there is a minimum scoring threshold of "2 - Meets Requirements" for each of the questions in the Technical Submission. Scoring below this threshold for any questions will result in a non-compliant tender.
- Social Value Evaluation: To be aligned with TfL governance bidders are requested to complete their social value submission. Information and guidance on how to complete this is located in Volume 1 - Invitation to Tender document, which can be located in the ITT pack on SAP Ariba, to gain access to the sourcing event please contact [email protected]. Please note the social value submission and evaluation will be conducted on the social value portal.
- Pricing Evaluation: Bidders are requested to complete their pricing submission. Information and guidance on how to complete this is located in Appendix 2.1 and 2.2 - Financial and Economic Standing and Pricing Schedule . These documents can can be located in the SAP Ariba sourcing event. To gain access to the sourcing event and to submit a bid, please email [email protected]
- Commercial Evaluation: The Commercial Response will consist of your response to the: Form of Tender (section 7 of Volume 1 ITT) Conflict of Interest Declaration (Section 8 of Volume 1 ITT) Non- Collusion Declaration (Section 9 of Volume 1 ITT) Assumptions Register ( Volume 1 Appendix 5 ) Contract Response Template (Volume 1 Appendix 4 ) Reserved Information (optional) (Volume 1 Appendix 3) Bidders should complete, sign, and return each of the above as their Commercial Submission. Which included acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable. Transport for London (TfL) on behalf of Transport Trading Limited are undertaking an early market engagement exercise, by inviting potential suppliers to a supplier day and completing a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) for the HGV Maintenance Services - Emergency Vehicles.
This notice is the first stage of this Early Market Engagement, this is to inform the market of TfL's current strategy and business requirements as it pertains to HGV Maintenance Services - Emergency Vehicles (Lot 2) and how to register their interest and complete the MSQ linked within this document.
The MSQ seeks to obtain feedback from the market in relation to the project and its requirements. Interested parties are invited to complete the MSQ and return their responses.
The MSQ Response Deadline: 12pm (noon) Monday 26th May 2025
Any feedback received will be reviewed, analysed, and may be considered by the project team in developing any subsequent procurement strategy for any potential procurement activity.
