The opportunity was advertised via an open tender competition of a 1 stage process. The Contract is from 17 August 2026 until 13 November 2026. The estimated Contract value is £94,277.00. The site for demolition of Henson Villas is in Pearson Park, Kingston Upon Hull, within a residential and Conservation Area and opposite a public park.
