- KPI 1 Response Times - Service Requests Marked Urgent, The Supplier shall provide a full resolution to an urgent Service Request within 1 Working Day. Examples of urgent Service Requests can be found in Schedule 2 – Specification 5.1 Contract governance, management and reviews. For multiple late Service Requests marked urgent, the Service Points will accumulate per late Service Request marked urgent based on the severity level and Service Points.
- KPI 2 Response times Non-urgent Service Requests, In respect of all non-urgent Service Requests, within 10 working days of receipt of a communication from the Buyer, the Supplier shall provide a full answer to the Buyer’s request. The Supplier shall communicate to the Buyer, the reason as to why the deadline cannot be met. This communication must be prior to the date of the deadline and as soon as reasonably practicable once the Supplier has knowledge of the reason. For multiple late non-urgent Service Requests, the Service Points will accumulate per late non-urgent Service Request based on the severity level and Service Points.
- KPI 3 Timely Billing, The Supplier shall provide a monthly invoice within 10 Working Days of the end of the previous calendar Month, or the invoice date agreed with the Buyer. For multiple late invoices in any one Month, the Service Points will accumulate per late invoice based on the severity level and Service Points.
