Coverage: 54 active published awards; 52 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Authority is seeking to appoint a provider for the provision of Healthwatch Kingston
Service.
The Health and Social Care Act 2012 places a statutory requirement for councils to
commission a local Healthwatch service. Healthwatch acts as a consumer champion for
users of health and social care services, for both children and adults. It makes sure that:
people know where to go to raise concerns and obtain information about health and social
care services; people’s views and experiences are heard and acted upon, improving scrutiny
of health and social care services; and enables local people to influence commissioning
decisions and service design, development and improvement.
