The Deadline for the submission of sealed tender bids at Prima Group Head Office, 8 Columbus Quay, Riverside Drive, Liverpool L3 4DB, is 12 noon on Friday 28th November 2025.
Sealed bids will only be accepted in formal envelopes available from Prima Group. All submissions will be date and time stamped and any submissions received after the deadlines stated will not be accepted.
A full Tender pack can be collected from Prima Group Head Office at 8 Columbus Quay, Riverside Drive, Liverpool L3 4DB, by appointment only, with the Asset Manager, which can be arranged by contacting: [email protected].
