Published requirement descriptionThe works involve the supply and installation of ventilation systems to all Citizen property types. This is inclusive of all property types (including high-rise), and systems can be installed either into the wall/ceiling, or into the window.
This contract was procured via the Procurement for Housing dynamic purchase system for Responsive Repairs, Voids and Associated Works. The procurement was split into three lots: Lot 1 high-rise only, lot 2 all other property types and lot 3 all property types. Citizen permitted up to 4 to be awarded onto any one lot. Two bids were received, both bidding for lot 3 and both were awarded a contract.
The total value in this notice is the estimated total spend throughout the lifetime of the contracts, across both contractors.
