Published description of the framework
Prices will be in accordance with what is submitted in the Tender response and this pricing will be added to the final contract. There is a breakdown of how we will score your pricing in the ITT. When the lots are awarded there will be 2 suppliers per lot, a first placed and a second placed. The first placed supplier will be awarded the work first and if they do not have the capacity or are not prepared to do the work then it will instead be offered to the second placed supplier.

7 lots · all with a published value · same evaluation weights on every lotEvery one of these 2 lots carries the same published figure, £140,000: it is the framework's maximum for the whole notice, not each lot's own budget, and no share per lot is published. The cards below say ceiling above rather than repeat it.

- Price carries 50 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 5 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
- “Ground Preparation - West District” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 2 suppliers, not a single contract, and call-offs are awarded directly: getting appointed is the whole game.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
