The contract will be direct awarded on technical grounds via Public Health England National Microbiology Framework Lot 1. This notice is to be taken as the 10 day standstill period and will expire on the 11th March at midnight. If you have any questions regarding this notice please contact us through sell to wales. Patents held by Oxford Nanopore Technologies in Europe and the United States, GridION Mk1 cannot be offered by other companies. The equipment has the below unique features: - - 5 asynchronous sequencing ports allowing flexibility for sequencing runs. - Compatible with both MinION and Flongle flow cells, providing the option to go for a low or higher throughput sequencing run - A benchtop instrument with built in GPU capacity for real-time basecalling and analysis - Adaptive sampling capability, allowing for customisable computational target enrichment, with the same workflow - Nanopore sequencing has unrestricted read length, allowing for both short and long reads to be generated on the platform Exclusivity for component used in Nanopore Detection Technology provided by Oxford Nanopore Technologies, as well as for methods performed by the same technology, is considered exclusive to the company and is protected by one or more of the following patents, owned or exclusively licensed to the company: - WO2010/086622 - US5795782A1 - WO2012/164270 - US6015714A1 - WO2013/014451 - US6362002B1 - WO2014/013260 - EP1238275B1 - WO2013/041878 - US8673556B2 - WO2010/000789Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
