The service will deliver accessible, community‑based management of a wide range of MSK conditions, improving patient experience and outcomes while reducing pressure on secondary care.
Due to a current delay in the procurement timetable (currently going through a representation process), it is proposed to continue service delivery through the award of a 12-month urgent award contract from 01/04/2026 to 31/03/2027.
Publisher note: This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The Urgent Award was made due to unseen circumstances in the procurement process. This has been endorsed by NHS South East London Integrated Care Board - Joint Commissioning Board (NEL ICB). No conflicts of Interest have been identified.
