Lot distribution rule: If the service required from a Service Provider relates to more than one Lot then all Service Providers appointed to all of the relevant Lots can be invited to submit a bid as part of a Mini-Competition. For example, should the Appointment relate to both human resources (Lot 4) and business assurance (Lot 5), the client can invite all Service Providers allocated on to both of these two Lots to submit a bid as part of a Mini-Competition (Schedule 3 – Part 1 of Appendix 2_Framework Agreement).
