Representations by providers must be made to decision makers, in writing to [email protected] by 22 September 2026.<br/><br/>This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.<br/><br/>Decision Makers: <br/>The Trust's Finance and Performance Committee approved the decision to award via Option C on 03/09/2026.<br/><br/>No Conflicts of Interest have been declared by the Individuals making the decision. <br/><br/>The basis for awarding awarding this proposed Contract was in accordance with the PSR Regulations and included (a) The Authority satisfying itself that the considerable change threshold was not met and (b) The Authority satisfying itself that the existing provider is satisfying its existing contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard. <br/><br/>The decision was supported based on performance assessed against the PSR Key Criteria: <br/><br/>Key Criteria 1: Quality and Innovation (Weighting 45%)<br/>Key Criteria 2: Value (Weighting 25%)<br/>Key Criteria 3: Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability (10%)<br/>Key Criteria 4: Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice (Weighting 10)<br/>Key Criteria 5: Social Value (Weighting 10%)<br/><br/>Weightings were allocated based on the relative importance against the requirements of the service provision and were stipulated by the Care Group.
