Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking to award primary healthcare services to the patients of His Majesty's Prison (HMP) & Young Offenders Institution (YOI) Parc. The purpose of healthcare in prisons and YOIs is to provide an excellent, safe, and effective service to all ensuring the quality of services delivered (and access to services) is of an equivalent standard to that of the community. This is both in terms of range of interventions available to patients which meet their needs, and the quality and standard of those interventions. This all contributes towards reducing health inequalities between patients in prison and in the wider community.
