• Market Readiness & Delivery Support:

Support key delivery partners, including volume housebuilders, SME developers, and regeneration partners, to prepare for net zero requirements, reduce viability disputes, and speed compliant delivery at scale.

• Strategic Partner Alignment (Homes England):

Engage Homes England to align investment, grant conditions, and land disposal with Greater Manchester's net zero standards.

• Affordable Housing Sector Support:

Engage Registered Providers to support early adoption of net zero standards, manage cost pressures, and align funding bids and programme delivery.
