Risks

If Gastric Alimetry testing is not implemented, KCH risks continuing unnecessary invasive procedures with limited diagnostic value, thereby increasing patient harm and avoidable clinical costs. In addition, the Trust may face prolonged diagnostic pathways and extended waiting lists for patients with gastric disorders, negatively impacting service efficiency and overall quality of care.
