    As part of our preliminary market engagement, we are issuing this UK2 notice to share early information regarding upcoming City of London Police (CoLP) Future Police Estate Programme, including: Mounted Unit Guildhall Yard East Property Store Tactical Firearms Training Facility To support this engagement, we will be hosting an in-person information event on Thursday 9th April, 1:30pm - 5:00pm at Guildhall EC2P 2EJ where interested and experienced contractors will have the opportunity to learn more about the CoLP FPEP programme, engage with the project team, and participate in a live Q&A session. This event aims to encourage early dialogue, clarify initial queries, and inform the development of the forthcoming procurement strategy. This session will include: A detailed overview of the CoLP projects listed above The proposed delivery and procurement options An opportunity for contractors to provide feedback A live Q&A session with the project team Following this session, contractors who remain interested may be invited to participate in one-to-one discussions to explore the projects and procurement strategy in greater depth at a later date.
