All providers must be registered on the Central Digital Platform (https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Search). Tender Response • Suppliers will be required to complete a Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) as part of their sign-up to the Central Digital Platform. • Schedules 3, 3a and 4 should be completed, as they form the Tender Response for Quality, Social Value, and Cost. Declarations and Forms Within the Schedules there are several declarations and forms to be completed, listed below: Schedule 5 – Form of Tender Confirmation that the Bidder wishes to submit the information provided and agrees to the elements set out within the Invitation to Tender documents. Schedule 6 – Certificate of Non-Collusion and Non-Canvassing To be completed to confirm agreement to the Statement of Non-Collusion and Non-Canvassing. Schedule 7 – Commercially Sensitive Information This is an opportunity for the Bidder to identify any areas of their submission that they wish to highlight as commercially sensitive, for exclusion from future FOIA requests Atamis Submission All documents must be submitted to the correct requirement on the Atamis portal. Failure to do so may result in the Tender not being accepted.
