Published requirement description

GJNH require a framework to utilise for Theatre Nursing Staff teams when the Board is struggling to meet waiting time initiatives. The Framework will comprise of the following theatre staff:

  • Anaesthetic Assistants
  • Theatre Scrub Practitioner
  • Theatre Assistant/HCSW
  • Recovery

Theatre Teams include:

  • Breast and Plastics
  • Cardiac surgery
  • Colorectal surgery
  • Diagnostic Endoscopy
  • ENT surgery
  • General surgery
  • Gynaecology
  • Ophthalmology surgery
  • Orthopaedic surgery (Lower limb surgery e.g. joint replacements, soft tissue knee, foot and ankle procedures and Hand Procedures)
  • Thoracic surgery
  • Upper GI surgery
