Call-off contracts will be awarded by:
- Direct award (ranked method) Direct awards will be made based on ranked position. This means that the supplier ranked first will be offered the opportunity first. Framework users reserve the right to award to the next ranked supplier where there is a valid business justification for doing so. The agreement user will undertake a capability assessment of suppliers, including but not limited to: capacity to deliver the works, lead-in times, proposed methodology and approach, specific service requirements, key milestones, performance indicators, product continuity, and any actual or potential conflicts of interest. This assessment will ensure the supplier is able to deliver the contract within the user’s operational constraints. A contract award will only be made once the agreement user has discussed requirements with the supplier and both parties have confirmed alignment with the specification, specific requirements, and the supplier’s capacity to deliver.
