Bidders will either have a CQC registered Care Home setting, registered to provide residential and/or nursing services for individuals with a mental health care need, located within the Borough of Stockton on Tees or will have a CQC registered Care Home setting, registered to provide residential and/or nursing services for individuals with a mental health care need outside of the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees, with an intention to create new Care provision, where circumstances offer this opportunity.
