The successful Contractor to be appointed for this contract which to cover a wide and diverse range of properties, approximately 180 kitchens and 80 general ductwork inspections in establishments including office accommodation, public buildings, educational establishments including Academies, leisure facilities, fire and rescue stations etc.

- County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service,
- Believe Housing
- Parish Councils and Town Councils in County Durham.
The above list is not exhaustive, however, and in addition to the above the Framework/Contract may also be made available to other Organisations and Local Authorities where agreed with Durham County Council.
