Coverage: 1 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Nottinghamshire County Council conducted an open tender procedure and as a result have appointed a single Provider to deliver accredited and non-accredited Mental Health, Self-Harm and Suicide Prevention Training to a range of audiences, under a Framework Agreement. Under the Framework Agreement the Provider may meet the training requirements of the following ‘Commissioners’: • Nottinghamshire County Council (the ‘Lead Commissioner’) • Nottingham City Council • Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) which, during the term of this Framework Agreement, is likely to be replaced by Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) - subject to the approval of the Health and Care Bill which is currently going through Parliament. The changes proposed in the Health and Care Bill also include expansion of the boundary defined by the current Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG to take in Bassetlaw. For the avoidance of doubt, from the point at which the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB is established this Framework Agreement will be accessible to all Commissioners within its newly established geographical boundaries. The volume and type of training that will be the subject of 'Call-Off' contracts under the Framework Agreement will be informed by the outcome of a Training Needs Analysis which has been commissioned separately from the Framework Agreement by the Lead Commissioner, Nottinghamshire County Council and is due to report in April 2022. The estimated maximum total contract value for Call-Off’s commissioned under this Framework Agreement is £1,500,000 over the term of 4 years. However, there is no guaranteed volume or value for the provision of Training Services through this Framework Agreement and the Commissioners included in the scope of the Framework Agreement may choose not to engage with the Provider appointed under it at any point during its term.
