Coverage: 111 active published awards; 67 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
This Prior Information Notice is not a call for competition, rather, it is to advertise and invite the Supply Chain to a virtual Pre-Market Engagement (the “Engagement”) event, prior to the commencement of the procurement exercise. The event will take place via Microsoft Teams at 14.00 on 5 April 2022
The purpose of the Engagement event is for NR to:
1) provide the Supply Chain with some background of the project, and current status;
2) relay to the Supply chain the funding and planning status of the project; and,
3) answer any immediate questions
The format of the event will be a presentation followed by a question and answer session.
Following the event, NR will issue a short questionnaire to all participants in order to:
• gauge interest in the project and appetite to bid given current project status and prevailing market conditions
The Engagement will be recorded; and the output of feedback captured during and post the event will be made available to all future tenderers as part of the procurement documents, or communicated via a message on the Bravo site.
