Published requirement description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Food & Drink to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations

This will be an agreement managed with a single access point, using a single Tier 1 supplier as an umbrella to simplify the customer journey. This agreement will cover all public sector customers and all food and drink sub-categories, and we welcome the opportunity for single supplier’s, a consortium or Special Procurement Vehicle (SPV)style approach to meet these requirements.

Support investment in local communities, equality and diversity, reduction in Modern Slavery risks, resource efficiency and environmental sustainability
Free access for public sector customers using the agreement
