What is being bought
The services to be provided under the contract are shared support services for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism support needs in day and work opportunity settings.
The day service element is delivered from Hwb Cyfle, a purpose build day service centre based in Queensferry which opened in 2019 to replace the former Glanrafon day centre. Work opportunities services are delivered from five further sites and the supported employment teamwork with individuals to support them accessing volunteering and internship roles to gain sustainable, paid employment.

The Council has an existing contract in place dated 1st February 2018 with the Contractor for the provision of the services. The total contract value for the initial 5 years of the contract was 9,564,507.00 GBP which was extended for a further two years for a value of 3,876,799.00 GBP making a total of 13,441,306.00 GBP The Council would like to extend the contract as set out in this notice for a further 5 years to March 2030 plus an option to extend for a further two years until March 3032.
