- Quality: Tenderers are requested to respond to the Compliance Statements and Quality Questions found in section 3.2 of the PAN3540 RfQ. The Compliance Statements will be assessed on a Pass/Fail basis. Whilst the Quality Questions will be evaluated by the Council’s evaluation panel and a score will be given for each in line with the marking scheme described in section 2.5.2 of the PAN3540 RfQ.
- Price: The Quotation with the lowest genuine total contract price will receive the maximum price score of 80.00%.
- Condition of participation

- Price carries 80 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 8 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
