Coverage: 149 active published awards; 144 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Leicester Recovery Hub will play a key role in supporting vulnerable people engaged in substance use and street lifestyles, including dependent drinkers and drug users. The service will operate from a physical City Centre location, working with partners across the local treatment system to support individuals already in treatment, and those not currently in treatment.
The service provides brief/semi-structured interventions to people with substance use needs, including street drinking and other substances associated to street lifestyle issues. The service also provides a wet day centre provision to allow dependent street drinkers to consume alcohol in a safe environment, whilst receiving interventions.
