This award is for FOG (Fat, Oil, Grease) reduction services viz:
- Commercial Field Visits: the provision of a network of field operatives with water industry experience to visit FSEs (Food Service Establishments) to encourage FSEs to catch and divert FOG from entering the network.
- Recharge and litigation case Management: the provision of cost recovery services where repeat offenders are recharged the costs of cleaning the sewers. For non-payers, prosecution document preparation.
- Domestic Field visits: the supply of a network of field operatives to visit domestic properties in regions impacted by FOG incidents.
- Administrative support services: the support services namely customer account management, field management, fleet management and training
