They are published award values, not payments. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Ordnance Survey Ltd (OS) is Great Britain's mapping agency and is responsible for the surveying, production, maintenance, and marketing of a wide range of geographic information, relied on by government, business and individuals. OS is a private limited company (company registration number 09121572), and the entire share capital is owned by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. OS moved to a BREEAM excellent, state of the art building in 2010. The Property is a state of the art purpose built facility on 15.75 acre site which can accommodate up to approximately 1,000 personnel. The building has a GIA of 15,669m² and total NIA of 13,898m². The open plan office serves the business well, with copious amounts of breakout space and meeting rooms, including external conference facilities and an ancillary building that houses 100 cycles and changing / showering facilities to support the business' outdoor and wellbeing agendas. Landscaped grounds surround the building which gives a picturesque outlook onto the local wildlife, with ample on-site parking for staff and visitors alike. The environmental agenda continues to be a focus for the organisation, with the building strategy being a key component of the ISO14001 certification. The FM provider would play a key role in supporting OS to deliver the sustainability commitments. It is key that the provider shares the OS sustainable aspirations. OS are looking for an FM provider who will act in collaboration with OS, providing assistance, flexibility, advice, guidance and problem solving ability to ensure that the building is running optimally at all times. OS requires a provider that will go above and beyond as part of this provision, using initiative to enhance the service offering, not necessarily be governed by the explicit detail within the contract.
