- Change This was originally a contract for 3 + 2 years but due to the formation of the Integrated Care Boards the CCGs wish to extend the contract for 12 further months until 31 March 2023., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The Integrated Care Boards come into existence on 1 July 2022 and the external auditors need to be able to review the accounts of the said body in relation to the CCGs included within the formed body so that a full comprehensive audit can be undertaken. Therefore the CCGs wish to extend the current contract for 12 months to cover this transition period. This was originally a contract for 3 + 2 years but the CCGs wish to extend the contract for 12 further months until 31 March 2023.
