Homes (2020) Limited (development company), Orbit Treasury Limited, Orbit Housing
Association Limited, Orbit Capital Plc (funding vehicle for bonds), and two non-trading
entities Orbit New Homes Limited and Orbit Gateway Limited.
The Contract has been awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a
further 3 years (on a 1 + 1 +1 basis) based on acceptable performance and current
requirements.
