Coverage: 1 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Cambridgeshire County Council have an existing Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance contract, advertised within the Official Journal of the European on the 28th of August 2017, reference 2017/S 164-338113.
Due to a combination of the Covid Pandemic, the change in Political Leadership at Cambridgeshire County Council necessitating the full review of the contractual options, and the Council's move to a new Headquarters meaning staff who would have been significantly involved in a Procurement exercise did not have capacity to do so, it has not been possible to award a fully compliant contract including the significant implementation period required to potentially allow for purchase of machinery and TUPE considerations in the required timescale.
CCC are therefore submitting a Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice to allow for the current contract to be extended by 12 months, to allow a full tender process to take place.
